Massage into aching muscles. HELP SMOOTH THE APPEARANCE OF SPLIT ENDS To help smooth the appearance of split ends, add about a teaspoon of Jamaican Mango & Lime® Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Mango Papaya to your regular shampoo and conditioner. Use as directed.
